Public Works (which is now called as Department of Bridge) was organized by changing from Construction Coporation.
2002
JFE Engineering Corporation
The managements of NKK and Kawasaki Steel Corporation were integrated to found a holding company, JFE Holding, Inc.
2003
JFE Engineering Corporation
JFE Engineering Coporation Began operation.
2013
J&M Steel Solutions Co., Ltd
The managements of JFE and DOB were decided to establish a joint venture company,J&M Steel Solutions Co.,Ltd.
2014
J&M Steel Solutions Co., Ltd

Opening Ceremony for Phase I was held in July 2014.

2015
J&M Steel Solutions Co., Ltd
Phase II was extended in May by making grand opening ceremony.
2016

ISO 9001-2015 Certificate was received in March and Phase III  extension was completed on September.
